Eyelid Lift/Blepharoplasty
Excess skin and fat are removed from the upper lid through an incision hidden in the natural eyelid crease. Fat in the lower lid is removed or repositioned through a hidden incision on the inner surface of the lid (transconjunctival blepharoplasty). The excessive skin on the lower lid is removed by small incision just below the lower lashes.
