Dr. Mark Melson

Dr. Mark Melson, a board-certified ophthalmologist and diplomate of the American Board of Ophthalmology, specializes in eyelid, tear duct, and orbital diseases. A fellow of the American Academy of Ophthalmology and the American College of Surgeons, he actively engages in various medical societies and serves on multiple boards. Dr. Melson prioritizes quality and compassionate care, providing safe and effective surgical and non-surgical treatments. Having undergone his ophthalmology residency at Harvard Medical School/Massachusetts Eye and Ear Infirmary, Dr. Melson further honed his skills through a fellowship in oculoplastic, orbital, and cosmetic surgery at Emory Eye Center. Dr. Melson's extensive contributions include working in medical education, numerous peer-reviewed publications, and lectures on local, national, and international platforms.
